 I am trying to buy a house on Beech Mtn this month. Its kinda funny a bank says they will give me the money. But banks say a lot and i'm not holding my breath. The house has a name too, its called "Cliff Haus". The house came with the name and believe it or not it sits on the mostly eastern side of Beech Mountain. The house is simply fantabulous and i really hope all goes well in the purchase. Who knows, next year i could be typing from the new house. Note the amazing green trim (hee hee). House needs work, thank goodness, or else i'd never be able to afford it. If all goes well, i would like to eventually turn this place into a rental. My brother has offered a hottub into the mix and it is only a few blocks from Ski Beech, my favorite place to snowboard. My fingers are crossed hope yours are too. If this flies, we will be closing on Dec 20 2005.
